Refund Policy

1. Scope

This policy applies to the paid ProfiScenario Pro subscription (monthly or yearly) purchased through WayForPay. The free Free plan requires no payment.

2. Free trial

New users can start a 7-day free Pro trial without entering a card. No money is charged during the trial. If you do not subscribe after the trial, nothing is charged, so there is nothing to refund.

3. Cancellation

You can cancel your subscription at any time on the Account page (/account). Cancellation stops the next automatic charge. Pro access remains until the end of the period you already paid for, after which the account moves to the Free plan — your projects stay with you.

Cancelling future renewals is not the same as a refund for the current paid period (see section 4).

4. Refunds

ProfiScenario is a digital service made available immediately after payment. Under Ukrainian consumer protection law, once a digital service has started with your explicit consent, the right to withdraw is limited. Even so, we issue refunds in the following cases:

• An erroneous or duplicate charge — we refund the full amount of the excess payment.
• A technical inability to use Pro caused by us that we failed to fix within a reasonable time after you reported it.
• You contacted us within 14 days of the first charge for a new subscription and have not meaningfully used Pro features — refund at our discretion as a goodwill gesture.

Partial refunds for the unused part of a paid period that has already begun are generally not provided, except where the law expressly requires it.

5. How to request a refund

Email [email protected] with the subject "Refund" and include: your account email, the date and amount of the payment, and a brief reason. We review requests and reply within 14 days.

6. Method and timing

An approved refund is made through WayForPay to the same payment method (the same bank card). The time for the funds to arrive depends on the payment provider and the issuing bank and is typically up to 14 business days from refund confirmation.

7. Transaction cancellation

If you do not recognize a payment or believe it is erroneous, please contact us first — we usually resolve it faster than a bank chargeback. We facilitate proper transaction cancellation together with WayForPay.
